Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using PlotManager. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
PlotManager is a professional estate plot management platform developed and operated by Geo Media Concepts Ltd, a company registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. PlotManager provides tools for real estate developers, estate managers and surveyors to upload, manage and share estate plot information digitally.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PlotManager. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. PlotManager is available to users worldwide.
To use PlotManager you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@plotmanager.ng if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to use PlotManager only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to upload false, fraudulent or misleading estate information. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform. You must not use the platform to infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You must not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable or impair our services.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to PlotManager including estate data, plot information, survey files and buyer details. By uploading content, you grant Geo Media Concepts Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the PlotManager service to you. We do not sell or share your estate data with third parties.
When you share a public map link or embed a map on your website, that map becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the link. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the plot information displayed on your public maps. PlotManager is not liable for any disputes arising from information displayed on your public maps.
PlotManager is currently free to use during our beta period. When paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be clearly communicated before any charges are made. All payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. You acknowledge that you provide your data at your own risk. We will notify you promptly in the event of any data breach that affects your personal information.
We aim to keep PlotManager available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally suspend the service for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to give advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at legal@plotmanager.ng. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Geo Media Concepts Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of PlotManager. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Your continued use of PlotManager after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
